As a Software Engineer, you will contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, from solution design and implementation to testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization. • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software applications and platform features.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to design technical solutions and scalable system architectures.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate applications with internal and external systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Write unit tests, automate testing processes, and contribute to continuous integration and deployment practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance product quality and development efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver software features on schedule while maintaining high quality standards.
• Continuously improve application performance, scalability, security, and operational reliability.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of experience in software development with strong programming skills in Java, Python, Golang, or similar technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and modern engineering practices.
• Experience building APIs, backend services, and integrating distributed applications.
• Hands-on experience using version control systems such as Git.
• Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently while managing priorities in a fast-paced development environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes, along with performance optimization techniques, is preferred.
• Exposure to banking, financial services, or fintech applications is a plus.
• Passion for continuous learning and adopting modern technologies to build secure, scalable, and high-performing software solutions.
