About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical B2B Growth Marketing Intern to join our China Marketing team. 

As part of the team, You will support ACT China's Growth Marketing initiatives by managing B2B digital marketing channels, creating AI-enabled content, and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media and search platforms. You will also contribute to strategic projects such as Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), Marketing Automation, SEO/SEM, and Customer Data Platform (CDP) initiatives, while collaborating with the Global Marketing team to strengthen ACT's brand presence and drive business growth in China.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ACT China's B2B digital media channels, including WeChat Official Account, Zhihu, Douyin (TikTok China), Xiaohongshu (RED) and other platforms. Create, produce and publish industry-related articles, graphics and short-form videos, while leveraging AI tools to continuously improve content creation efficiency and campaign performance.
• Support the Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) initiative by analysing user search behaviour and utilising the Prompt Library to monitor and optimise content performance, increasing ACT's visibility and recommendation rates across AI-powered search platforms.
• Contribute to the Customer Data Platform (CDP) project by supporting the implementation and operation of Marketing Automation systems to improve marketing efficiency and lead conversion.
• Assist with SEO, SEM and marketing campaign execution, including website content optimisation, search engine optimisation and paid advertising, while continuously refining campaign strategies and conversion performance.
• Support other Growth Marketing strategic initiatives and collaborate closely with the Global Marketing team to strengthen ACT's brand presence, drive demand generation and support business growth in the China market.

Your Expertise: 

• Is proactive, eager to learn and highly self-motivated, with strong ownership, attention to detail and a good eye for design. Enjoys exploring new ideas and continuously expanding their skills.
• Has a strong interest in customer insights, content creation, social media marketing, brand communications, or the sustainability industry. Experience with graphic design, image editing, video editing or managing personal/social media accounts is a plus.
• Is proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and other generative AI applications, with a genuine interest in applying AI to marketing and a willingness to continuously learn and experiment.
• Is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above (any discipline) with good written and spoken English, and is comfortable collaborating with global teams in an international environment.
• Is available to intern 4–5 days per week for a minimum of 3 months. Candidates who can commit to a longer internship will be preferred.

• 参与Customer Data Platform（CDP）项目，协助营销自动化（Marketing Automation）系统部署与运营，提升营销效率与线索转化效果。
• 参与SEO、SEM及Marketing Campaign运营，协助官网内容优化、搜索引擎优化及广告投放，持续优化投放策略和转化表现。
• 参与Growth Marketing其他战略项目，与Global Marketing团队协作，为中国市场品牌建设、需求增长及业务发展提供支持。
