We are currently seeking an Environmental Specialist for our growing environmental consulting practice in our Florham Park, NJ office. The successful candidate will complete field work, including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments/Investigations and preparation of Remedial Action Workplans. The ideal candidate for this position is an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal and writing skills are critical.

What You'll Do
- Participate in all aspects of site investigation and remediation, from the proposal stage, through preparation of workplans, conducting field work, and writing summary reports, to final remedial documents
- Field work will include oversight of subcontractors, including drillers and other laborers, during soil boring advancement, monitoring well installation, excavation activities, and remedial construction activities; and sampling various media including soil, groundwater, sediment, soil vapor and air
- Perform Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with ASTM E1527.
- Prepare summary reports including reviewing laboratory analytical data; interpreting and tabulating data and preparing tables; soil boring logs; figures; and text
