Job title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Contract Type: Full Time Permanent, subject to 6 months' probation

Location: Claregalway, Co. Galway

Salary: €33,500 – €43,500 DOE per annum, paid monthly

We're looking for an experienced AR Specialist to join our Team. You'll will be responsible for performing accounts receivable activities in an accurate and timely manner. The Accounts Receivable Specialist must be a highly motived and improvement focused individual, who possesses excellent planning & organization, customer service, operational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Core role and responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable - Responsible for the timely collection of outstanding balances from customers and application of payments to customer accounts.
• Recurring Revenue – Managing the external recurring revenue system alongside the Internal CRM system
• Addressing Customer or Internal department queries regarding invoices.
• Raising Invoices
• Sending statements to Businesses
• Reconciling EFT & Cash payments
• Support Finance team in any ad hoc AR reconciliations

Requirements

• Experience working in a finance environment
• Experience Accounts Receivable (+3 years)
• Microsoft excel and word skills 
• Proven ability to work as part of a fast-paced team
• A self-starter highly motivated with a continuous improvement focus
• A fast learner, open to new ideas and an ability to engage fully with all business operations
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and to deadlines
• Customer service skills
