Who we are looking for
We’re on the hunt for a driven and client-focused Account Supervisor to lead and manage daily client relationships while ensuring the successful execution of campaigns and projects. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer, a strategic thinker, and a proactive leader with exceptional organizational skills. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a passion for delivering top-notch results.
What you’ll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong, trusted relationships.
- Develop and present compelling marketing proposals and campaign strategies.
- Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Supervise account teams, including Account Executives and Account Supervisors, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and internal teams.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make strategic adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance team processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage accurate revenue reporting and ensure all supporting evidence is submitted on time.
- Drive organic growth by identifying new opportunities within client accounts.
- Approve and oversee billing processes through Advertmind.
What you’ll need
- Experience: 4–6 years in client services or account management, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency setting.
- Skills:
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in budget management and revenue reporting.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Tools: Familiarity with Advertmind or similar billing/reporting platforms is a plus.
- Language: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a must
