Are you energetic, reliable, and love working with kids? Looking for a part-time role where you can have fun, stay active, and make a real impact?

Join Super Soccer Stars, where we bring the FUNdamentals of soccer to children ages 1–12 through engaging, curriculum-based classes. As a coach, you’ll laugh, play, and inspire—while helping kids build confidence, coordination, and a love for the game.

What You’ll Do

Lead fun, high-energy soccer classes for children ages 2–12
Follow and deliver our proven, curriculum-based lesson plans
Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment
Use positive coaching to build confidence and skills
Communicate with parents about their child’s progress
Help set up, clean up, and manage equipment
Participate in training sessions and team development
Take on leadership responsibilities as you grow into a Lead Coach

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Experience working with children (teaching, coaching, childcare, camps, etc.)
High energy, enthusiasm, and a playful personality
Strong communication and leadership skills
Dependable with reliable transportation
Must have availability on weekday mornings. Afternoons, and/or some weekends is a plus.
Willingness to learn and grow within the program
Ability to pass a background check and work in the U.S.

For over 20 years, Soccer Stars has been the premier youth educational soccer program throughout the country. Across 16+ states, we use the soccer ball as a vehicle to help children not only improve their soccer skills, but develop self-confidence and physical literacy, improve gross motor skills, and hone socialization skills.
