We are seeking an experienced WMS Developer with strong expertise in warehouse management systems, customization, and enterprise integrations. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting warehouse management solutions that optimize supply chain operations, improve warehouse efficiency, and enable seamless integration across logistics platforms.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology partners to translate warehouse and distribution requirements into scalable technical solutions. The role requires hands-on experience with Velocity, Jasper, WMS customization, REST APIs, and integration frameworks, along with a deep understanding of warehouse and supply chain processes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Warehouse Management System (WMS) extensions and customizations.
• Analyze business and operational requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
• Customize warehouse workflows, business rules, labels, reports, and process automation components.
• Develop and maintain integrations between WMS, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), automation platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Build and support REST APIs, messaging services, and integration frameworks to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions, technical design reviews, code reviews, deployment planning, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Drive warehouse process optimization initiatives through automation and system enhancements.
• Create technical design documentation, unit test plans, deployment guides, and support documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, engineering, and project management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing warehouse productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience working with Warehouse Management Systems and supply chain technology solutions.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Velocity and Jasper development and customization.
• Experience developing and configuring WMS workflows, reports, labels, and business rules.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes, inventory management, and supply chain workflows.
• Proficiency in REST API development, enterprise application integrations, and messaging-based architectures.
• Experience working with Oracle, SQL, or similar relational databases.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
• Knowledge of TMS integrations, warehouse automation technologies, RF devices, and distribution center operations is highly desirable.
• Exposure to cloud-based warehouse solutions and modern supply chain technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
• Ability to mentor junior developers, contribute to technical best practices, and drive successful project delivery.
