Sobre este puesto de Visual and Spatial Design Coordinator en Tekla
About the role
We are looking for a Visual and Spatial Design Coordinator to help shape how Tekla is felt in physical space, across our stores, showrooms and brand moments.
In this role you will help imagine and realise the physical activations, store windows and spatial experiences that shape Tekla's retail and showroom presence. Working alongside the retail, marketing and wholesale teams, the position asks for warmth in how you work with others and a real curiosity for bringing brand identity to life through space.
Reporting to the Senior Visual and Spatial Design Manager, you will support the development and execution of Tekla's visual language across a range of physical touchpoints. It is a practical, attentive role, suited to someone who can carry an idea from first thought into finished form through clear communication and confident technical skills, held together by a genuine appreciation for design and experience.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support ideation and execution of window and in-store display concepts across Tekla stores and showrooms
- Assist with sourcing materials, installing, adjusting and maintaining displays, furniture and props across all physical touchpoints
- Coordinate timelines and logistics across multiple concurrent projects, working closely with retail, wholesale and marketing teams
- Support the development and upkeep of visual merchandising guidelines and toolkits, ensuring consistency across markets
- Assist in planning and carrying out brand activations, including events, exhibitions and pop-ups
- Monitor and help report on the performance of displays, flagging any gaps between concept and finished space
- Provide general administrative and practical production support to the wider team as needed
We would love to hear from you if you are, or have:
- 2-3 years experience in a creative or design field, with a strong preference for spatial or interior design
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a careful eye for detail and aesthetics
- Confidence with Google Workspace tools
- Strong technical drawing and visualisation skills, and familiarity with the relevant tools and software
- Experience in managing and allocating budgets effectively (not essential, but advantageous)
- Project management experience, with the ability to lead timelines and coordinate across teams (not essential, but advantageous)
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Ability to travel within Europe and beyond
- An appreciation and understanding for the Tekla brand and product
This is a full time role based in Copenhagen, with regular time and travel spent in our stores and on projects as they come to life. We review applications and interview on an ongoing basis, hoping to welcome the right person by September. If this feels like your kind of work, we would love to hear from you.
