In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales operation, working closely with customers to help them navigate our diverse inventory of high-quality used vehicles. Your main goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing a top-notch customer experience.

This position offers a competitive salary plus uncapped commission opportunities, making it a fantastic opportunity for driven sales professionals.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: Starting £27,010 with uncapped commission potential

Requirements

Requirements for this role include:

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Strong negotiation skills with a knack for closing deals.
• A self-motivated and results-oriented attitude.
• A valid UK driving licence.
