Position: Test Manager

Term: 12-month contract

Pay: $56/Hr

Location: ON SITE - Tallahassee, FL

Work Authorization: MUST have USC or GC credentials

Preferred Certifications: Pega related certs, ISTQB Certified Tester, Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP), Certified Manager of Software Testing (CMST), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent quality assurance or project management certification.

Experience:

• Supporting Pega Platform implementations, workflow automation, and case management solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, software testing, or test management, preferably supporting enterprise application development, system modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience serving as a Test Manager or Test Lead responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing testing activities across multiple project teams.
• Experience developing and implementing enterprise test strategies, master test plans, test schedules, testing methodologies, and quality assurance processes.

Preferred Experience:

• Testing business process management (BPM), customer relationship management (CRM), or enterprise workflow applications.
• Supporting legacy system modernization and migration to cloud-based or enterprise platforms.
• Performing API, web services, interface, and data integration testing.
• Developing test automation strategies and integrating testing into DevOps or continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
