Title: Special Treatment Program Counselor
Job Duties: The Special Treatment Program Counselor provides quality care/treatment to residents diagnosed with mental illness. The Special Treatment Program Counselor works in conjunction with other facility departments to provide a therapeutic yet homelike environment as we strive towards assisting our residents to meet their goals.
Schedule:
- Full-Time: PM (11:30AM - 8:00PM)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or another related field required.
- Ability to effectively communicate, via written and verbal methods, with residents, employees, and outside agencies.

About the Campus: Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) / Special Treatment Programs (STPs) provide behavioral intervention to consumers with mental disorders in secure residential settings. Services include behavior modification, skilled nursing, prevocational and life skills training, recreation, and rehabilitation.
