BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join the team in Hendersonville, NC. BAYADA’s Direct Support Professionals DSPs work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential.

We’re hiring urgently for the following area: Hendersonville, Horeshoe, and the surrounding area
Shifts available: Morning, Afternoon, and Weekend Shifts Available
*shifts subject to change based on client needs
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
- Accompany clients on errands and appointments
- Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
- Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
- Participate in community integration activities
- Help lift and reposition clients.

Qualifications for Our Support Professionals:
- One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities

Significant experience working with individuals who have Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), including strong understanding of related behaviors and support strategies
- High school diploma or equivalent
