IBMC is assisting a premier, high-end Luxury Wellness & Hospitality Group in hiring a professional Spa Therapist for their prestigious property in Islamabad, Pakistan. We are seeking a highly skilled, empathetic, and professional Spa Therapist currently based in Bali, Indonesia, who is fully ready to relocate to Islamabad, Pakistan. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end guest journey inside our luxury treatment rooms, delivering high-standard wellness therapies in accordance with strict corporate SOPs. This role requires an individual who embodies impeccable personal hygiene, strong emotional intelligence, strict discretion regarding guest privacy, and a proactive attitude toward international relocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Treatment Execution & Standards: Deliver a high standard of spa treatments and body therapies following corporate SOPs, with the ability to confidently advise international guests on available products and specialized treatment types.
• Operational Readiness: Review guest treatment history from computer systems or logbooks prior to appointments. Set up treatment rooms perfectly, monitor audiovisual equipment, and replenish therapy supplies.
• Inventory Control: Manage product stocks within the treatment rooms and proactively report to the supervisor when re-ordering is required to prevent shortages during peak hours.
• Guest Privacy & Safety: Maintain absolute discretion regarding guest privacy (physical conditions, posture, scars, or stretch marks). Strictly enforce corporate safety boundaries and handle any guest situations professionally, including handling or declining any inappropriate/harassment requests in accordance with standard procedures.
• Front Desk Support: Provide cross-functional coverage for the reception desk during periods when no receptionist is on duty.
• Communication & Feedback: Practice active listening with direct eye contact, maintain positive and professional body language, and demonstrate openness to receiving constructive operational feedback from management.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all daily operations strictly comply with ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 22000 (Food Safety/Sanitation where applicable), and OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health & Safety) requirements.

Grooming, Attitude & Professional Conduct

• Maintain an immaculate personal appearance: spotless and well-pressed uniform, clean hair, clean/clipped nails, and zero rings/jewelry during treatments to prevent scratching guest skin.
• Ensure impeccable personal hygiene (daily showering, deodorant use, and breath freshness).
• Separate personal matters from work to ensure zero impact on operational service quality.
• Maintain a positive, honest, and proactive attitude; show initiative during low-occupancy hours to assist supervisors or other departments.
• Strictly refrain from workplace gossip or spreading rumors, fostering a respectful and harmonious work environment.

Requirements

• Current Location: Currently based and residing in Bali, Indonesia.
• Mobility & Relocation: Fully willing and legally clear to relocate and work full-time in Islamabad, Pakistan (Passport must be valid for at least 12 months).
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a Spa Therapist specifically within a 4-star hotel, luxury resort, or premium wellness property.
• Education & Certifications: Formally certified as a Beauty Therapist / Spa Therapist (possession of BA, SSC, or HSSC equivalent educational backgrounds).
• Language Skills: Functional conversational English skills (ability to clearly communicate treatment details and understand international guest preferences). Willingness to attend further language training.
• Physical Readiness: Excellent physical stamina to perform multiple treatments daily while maintaining a healthy and hygienic lifestyle.
