Job Title: Social Worker - Adult Safeguarding Team
Location: Southwark
Pay Rate: £33.76 per hour

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a committed and experienced Adult Social Worker for it client's Adult Safeguarding Team located at Southwark.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in protecting vulnerable adults from abuse, neglect and exploitation, ensuring their safety and well-being.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Conduct thorough assessments of adults at risk to identify safeguarding concerns.
• Develop, implement, and review safeguarding plans in collaboration with clients and other professionals.
• Investigate allegations of abuse and neglect, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
• Work closely with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to provide support and advocacy.
• Maintain accurate and detailed case records and documentation.
• Participate in multi-agency meetings and case conferences.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on safeguarding matters to colleagues and other professionals.
• Stay updated on legislation, policies, and best practices related to adult safeguarding.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
