Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Hospital Discharge team based in Barnsley.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will:

• Support hospital discharge planning and implementation
• Conduct daily visits across the Barnsley borough
• Work on-site at least 3 days per week, with flexibility for additional days
• Respond to short-notice requirements locally

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
