Sobre este puesto de Social Media Manager en Outreach
About the Team
This is where brand voice meets business impact. The Social Media Manager joins Outreach's Corporate Marketing and Communications function — a collaborative group of storytellers, strategists, and brand builders who believe that how a company shows up in the world is as important as what it ships. We work cross-functionally — alongside executives, product marketing, PR, and content teams — to ensure Outreach is visible, credible, and unmistakable in the market.
We're curious about what's next: in social media, in AI-powered content creation, and in the way modern buyers discover and engage with brands. We bring bold ideas, hold a high bar on quality, and take real ownership of outcomes — together.
The Role
Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Social Media Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping how Outreach shows up across global social channels. This is a highly visible role that blends strategic brand storytelling with executive enablement. It provides an opportunity to define the social voice of a category-defining company at the forefront of AI for revenue teams, with the creative freedom and executive access to make an outsized impact.
You'll lead the company's corporate social media presence, partner closely with Outreach executives to develop their social strategies, and work with our social media agency as the main point of contact, driving the social expression of our brand campaigns, customer stories, and AI leadership.
AI is transforming how teams create, distribute, and measure social content, and this role sits at that intersection. We're an AI-leading marketing team that uses emerging tools to work smarter, move faster, and build connections that resonate. We're looking for someone who brings that same mindset to every channel, campaign, and audience interaction.
