We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a Site Administrator to join our team.

This successful candidate will have very good Dutch and English language skills, and work remotely from home in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities:

·         Monitoring and inputting hours on timesheets

·         Arrange meetings on site and taking minutes

·         Control of all delivery dockets, checking sign-in sheets

·         Filing of all site paperwork - employee training records and maintain safety files

·         General administrative duties including filing, typing, photocopying, organising couriers, faxing etc.

·         Time administration, project documentation

·         Export files as needed

Requirements

Skills, qualification & experience:

·         Strong administration skills

·         Strong competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

·         Ability to liaise and manage all site paperwork

·         Excellent Dutch and English language skills

·         Ability to multitask and work under pressure

·         Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
