We are looking for a Senior Product Designer  to work on a project in the fitness industry.

You will be part of a distributed team developing new technologies to solve real business problems. Our client mission is to revolutionize the fitness industry with digital solutions in over 60 countries. And the team is building a platform that saves time, increases retention, and ultimately, helps studio and gym owners become more successful.

We are looking for someone with good communication skills, ideally with experience making decisions, being proactive , used to building software from scratch, and with good attention to detail.

What you will do:

• Owning design end-to-end for CRM initiatives, from discovery and research through flows, prototypes and detailed UI. 

•  Designing predictable, scalable patterns for lead and member management, communications and staff-facing workflows. 

• Expanding our Insights dashboards and reporting, making complex business data intuitive and actionable for gym and studio operators. 

• Testing concepts with users and iterating on evidence, using qualitative research and usage data. 

•  Contributing to and working within the Design System. 

• Collaborating daily with engineers and product managers, communicating design decisions clearly and asynchronously. 

•  Exploring how AI can improve both our product experiences and our design workflow. 

What you will bring:

• 7+ years designing complex SaaS products; CRM, B2B workflow tools or data heavy products are a strong plus. 

• Experience designing flows, predictable patterns and systems, not just screens. 

• Experience with dashboards, reporting or data visualization, you can make dense data feel simple.

• Experience working with design systems and components; familiarity with React based component libraries is a plus. 

• Strong grounding in research methodology, user psychology and usage data to inform decisions. 

•  Expert in Figma, including prototyping to test and refine solutions. 

• Able to design responsive experiences across devices. 

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, you can explain and defend design decisions at team and company level. 

• Self-motivated and fast to ramp: as a contractor you'll need to find your feet quickly with light-touch onboarding. 

• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional product experiences on complex products. 

Nice to have:

• Experience designing B2B SaaS, CRM, or workflow products.

• Experience with dashboards, analytics, and data-heavy products.

• Experience in Fitness , health, wellness, or membership-based platforms.

• Familiarity with AI-powered products and design systems.

• Experience working with remote, cross-functional teams.
