As a Senior DevOps / Tools Engineer, you'll build and maintain the infrastructure, automation, and developer tooling that powers our game teams. You'll work across multiple projects, partnering with engineers, technical artists, QA, and production to create and adapt reliable pipelines that allow teams to ship games efficiently and confidently. You will implement modern, AI-enabled workflows including code reviews, data validation, bugs triaging and reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering problems, improving developer workflows, and building systems that scale across multiple projects.
What You’ll Deliver
Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for multiple game projects, including Jenkins, TeamCity, Azure Dev Ops..
Build and support automated build, packaging, and deployment systems across development, testing, and release environments.
Develop internal tools and automation that improve productivity for engineers, artists, designers, QA, and production teams.
Leverage various AI tools and agents to reduce manual work.
Own and improve systems for crash reporting, diagnostics, telemetry, and build health monitoring.
Partner with IT to maintain build farms, version control integrations, artifact management, and related developer infrastructure.
Collaborate with game teams to understand workflow pain points and deliver scalable solutions.
Improve security, reliability, monitoring, and operational best practices across development infrastructure.
Document tools, systems, and processes to ensure they are maintainable and accessible to the wider team.

Worked on AAA titles in the past and are familiar with their build and automation pipelines.
Are experienced with modern build automation tools and orchestration systems.
Have strong scripting or programming skills (Python, C#, PowerShell, Bash, or similar).
Embrace modern development practices, including AI-assisted tooling, to improve productivity and automation.
Understand source control workflows (Git, Perforce, or similar), including branching and release strategies.
Have experience supporting Unreal Engine, Unity, or proprietary game engines.
Communicate well with both technical and non-technical teammates.
Take ownership, enjoy solving difficult problems, and continuously look for ways to improve systems.
Bonus XP
Experience shipping PC and console games.
Experience with Unreal Engine systems, like Unreal Game Sync, Gauntlet Automation Framework, etc.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of crash reporting and analytics platforms (Backtrace, Sentry, Crashpad, Bugsplat, or similar).
Experience with release engineering, certification pipelines, or console platform tooling.
