- Creative and editorial by nature.
- Excel as a visual storyteller.
- Have a natural love for design.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Master in creating short-form content for digital platforms like TikTok, IG Reels or YT Shorts.
- Resourceful, responsive, and eager to get the job done - all with a smile on your face.
- Experienced in creating and editing 3D Motion video content for a variety of digital platforms and broadcast for a diverse range of clients.
- Edit both live-action and animation projects.
- Manage media assets and archive on all company projects.
- Contribute to opportunities to develop original content and concepts for web and mobile.
- Mold daily short-form motion graphic assets for all digital social media channels.
- Create after effects templates to increase daily content output.
- Passion for making creative content on a spectrum of media platforms - social, streaming, AR, music, film, AI, interactive, etc.
- Work with the creative team to evolve and develop aesthetic while maintaining consistency across all assets and channels.
- Eat, live, and breathe the current industry & design trends to keep client’s brands innovative and fresh for our audience across all publishing platforms.
Our Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years experience in content creation.
- Expert in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of programs (i.e. Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator).
- Execute high editing techniques.
- Proficient in AI tools, e.g. Gemini, Weavy AI, TikTok Symphony, Nano Bana Pro
- Knowledgeable in AVID, AVID Symphony, Pro Tools.
- Proficient in sound design, mixing, and color correction.
- Strong understanding of post-production workflow.
- Adept at organising projects, managing workload for multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable with Google Apps suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc).
- Ability to communicate needs in a positive and productive fashion.
- Resourceful, diligent, creative in problem-solving with high attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities and assignments simultaneously under strict deadlines with minimal direction at times.
- Adequate knowledge of contemporary cameras, file formats, codecs, and their proper handling in a post workflow.
- Master the ability to turn any branded content into a volume of social gold (clips, gifs, graphics, photos, stories, copy, etc.)
- Work with a wide range and quality of video and static imagery - from a collection of photography to short video clips
- Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to create and manipulate video, a plethora of photography, social copy, gifs, short clips, streaming stories, etc.
- Thrives in a company of good people but can also clearly demonstrate an ability to get things done without direct supervision.
