School Psychologist (Hybrid/In-Person) – Bennington Public Schools (Nebraska) | Contractor

MIYO Health is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in partnership with Bennington Public Schools for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid schedule while making a meaningful impact in the lives of elementary students.

Position Details

• Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
• Location: Bennington, Nebraska
• Setting: Two K–5 elementary schools
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid
• Preferred: Two days per week onsite
• Remaining three days may be completed virtually, depending on district needs

Requirements

Qualifications

• Valid Nebraska School Psychologist certification (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Experience working in K–12 school settings preferred.
• Strong assessment, consultation, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with school teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations.
• Interpret assessment results and prepare written reports.
• Participate in eligibility meetings and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to support student success.
• Provide consultation regarding academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements.
