Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and APIs.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations with NetSuite, DocuSign, billing platforms, middleware, and other business applications.
- Participate in solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot functionality, integration, data, governor limit, and performance issues.
- Follow coding, source-control, testing, and documentation standards.
- Participate in code reviews and develop reusable, maintainable components.
- Improve Salesforce functionality, automation, performance, and technical quality.
- Ensure solutions align with operational and business needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flows.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, governor limits, and performance optimization.
- Experience building and maintaining REST/SOAP API integrations, middleware solutions, or custom connectors.
- Experience collaborating with Salesforce Admins on technical solutions.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable Salesforce code.
- Experience with Gearset, Copado, Git, or similar DevOps and source-control tools.
- Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders.
- Salesforce CPQ customization experience.
