What You Will Do  

• Fully responsible for category growth in China Global Selling business
  
• Identify and prioritize supply opportunities to fulfill Korea consumer needs
• Drive and lead a collaborative account management plan, build strategic relationships with key sellers to perform case studies and generate insights
  
• Influence internal stakeholders to improve seller experience by removing blockers, optimizing processes and building effective product features as business owners

Basic Qualifications  

• 7+ years of work experience in the fashion or other Softline industry (at least 3 years in E-Commerce), preferably in merchandise management, supply chain management roles
• Demonstrated records in exceeding challenge targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
• Strong dive deep and business acumen
• Exceptional relationship management on strategic accounts
• Demand excellence in daily retail operation with data-driven approach and pay attention to details
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity with growth and positive mindset

Preferred Qualifications  

• Experience in Global Ecommerce area
• Accessible to the sources of major Fashion global sellers
• Women，ACC, underwear，preferably in merchandise management, KA management and Industry management.
