About the role:

We are looking for a Talent Brand & Community Partnerships Lead to build awareness of Higgsfield as an employer and help us reach strong candidates through communities, media, partnerships, and events.

You will own our employer brand, recruiting campaigns, external talent partnerships, and both company-led and partner recruiting events.

What you'll do

• Own employer brand and recruitment marketing initiatives.

• Build international relationships with professional communities, newsletters, blogs, influencers, universities, and industry partners.

• Promote open roles through relevant external channels.

• Plan and run recruiting events, meetups, conferences, and community partnerships.

• Develop content and campaigns that communicate our team, culture, mission, and opportunities.

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support priority hiring needs.

• Track the performance of sourcing channels, partnerships, campaigns, and events.

• Maintain a consistent calendar of talent brand and community activities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in employer brand, recruitment marketing, community, partnerships, events, or talent acquisition.

• Experience building external partnerships and managing multiple communication channels.

• Strong project management, writing, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to turn hiring priorities into practical campaigns and events.

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.

• Excellent written and verbal English.

• Excellent written and verbal Russian.

Nice to have

• Experience working with AI, technology, creative, or high-growth companies.

• Existing relationships with technical, startup, creative, or professional communities.

• Experience managing recruiting events, sponsorships, newsletters, or influencer partnerships.

• Familiarity with recruiting funnels, sourcing metrics, and employer brand analytics.

• Experience creating content for social media, career pages, and recruiting campaigns.

Success in 6 months

• Build a clear employer brand and talent community strategy.

• Establish strong partnerships with relevant communities and media channels.

• Launch a consistent calendar of recruiting campaigns and events.

• Increase qualified candidate flow from community and brand channels.

• Create repeatable processes for promoting priority roles.

• Become a trusted partner to recruiters and hiring managers.

This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems, and build strong teams.
