Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Python.
• Build robust backend services, APIs, and application logic for enterprise-grade software.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and improve system reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Create automated scripts and tools to streamline development and operational workflows.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability throughout the software lifecycle.
• Write unit tests, integration tests, and support continuous integration and deployment practices.
• Work with databases to design efficient schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.
• Stay updated with emerging Python libraries, frameworks, and software engineering best practices.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python with 4–12 years of hands-on development experience.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience developing scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of multithreading, asynchronous programming, and concurrency concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with message queues, caching technologies, and distributed systems.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Exposure to automation, scripting, or data processing workflows.
