Role Summary:
Senior Project Manager leading regional project delivery for a key tech client’s social team across APAC. Manages complex campaign execution, aligns senior executive stakeholders, optimises operational workflows, and drives performance across owned, paid, influencer, and advocacy projects.
Role:
- Manage end-to-end delivery for complex, multi-market social media campaigns across APAC, with full accountability for large-scale budgets, cross-functional timelines, risk mitigation, and executive expectations.
- Serve as the primary strategic liaison between executive stakeholders and the production team, driving cross-functional alignment, managing high-stakes client relationships, and ensuring clear project governance from brief to post-launch.
- Lead the strategic creative briefing and scoping process, translating complex business objectives into actionable execution plans while partnering with creative, strategy, and external agency leads to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables.
- Oversee regional editorial calendar operations, ensuring all campaign activity aligns with broader APAC business priorities, local market nuances, and cultural contexts.
- Exercise rigorous due diligence and brand stewardship, maintaining strict quality control and risk management across all copy, assets, and campaign touchpoints.
- Drive operational excellence across the account, proactively auditing workflows, identifying systemic bottlenecks, and implementing scalable project management frameworks to maximise delivery efficiency.
- Synthesise campaign performance and project learnings into executive-level strategic insights, regularly presenting best practices and competitive intelligence to senior leadership.
- Champion innovative project delivery frameworks, toolings, and process optimisations that elevate team performance and business outcomes across the region.
- Stay ahead of social platform developments, emerging formats, and ad-tech/PM software trends to continuously optimise project management strategy and delivery speed.
You:
- A degree in business, communications, or marketing and equivalent industry experience are preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in project management, account management, or delivery operations within a social media agency, tech company, or fast-paced marketing environment.
- Proven expertise in budget, timeline, risk, and resource management for large-scale, complex multi-market projects with multiple senior stakeholders.
- Strong track record of positively influencing senior/executive stakeholders and building cross-functional alignment and rapport across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Deep understanding of the social media ecosystem, campaign delivery lifecycles, and operational requirements for social content production.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to confidently lead high-visibility projects from inception to completion with minimal oversight.
- A strategic operator with exceptional organisational skills who can navigate an ever-evolving digital landscape, manage competing priorities, and bring both structure and attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Sprinklr) and enterprise project management tools.
- Passionate about leading collaborative teams toward shared goals, with a commitment to driving operational excellence.
- Experience in the B2B technology sector or with demand generation campaigns is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills, and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
