At Amoria Group, we're embarking on an exciting transformation programme within our Transactional Finance function. As part of a strategic business initiative, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to help shape, streamline and future-proof the way our department operates.
This isn't a traditional finance role. Instead, you'll work closely with the Head of Transactional Finance to lead projects that improve processes, strengthen governance and documentation, and drive operational excellence. You'll play a key role in ensuring the function is scalable, efficient and well-positioned for future growth.
If you enjoy bringing structure to complex environments, driving change and delivering lasting improvements, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and coordinate multiple transformation projects across the Transactional Finance function.
- Review and improve existing processes, identifying opportunities to simplify and standardise ways of working.
- Develop clear process documentation, governance frameworks and operational procedures.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business to embed new processes and drive adoption.
- Track project milestones, risks and dependencies, ensuring delivery remains on schedule.
- Analyse operational data to identify trends, measure success and support informed decision making.
- Explore opportunities to introduce automation and AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both team performance and the overall employee experience.
What we're looking for
We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds including Project Management, PMO, Shared Services, Finance Transformation, Business Improvement, Operational Excellence or Process Improvement.
You'll likely have:
- Experience managing business transformation or process improvement projects.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to analyse processes and implement practical improvements.
- Experience creating process maps, documentation and governance frameworks.
- Confidence working across multiple teams and influencing stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience using data to drive decisions and measure project outcomes.
- Exposure to automation, AI tools or digital transformation initiatives would be advantageous.
Why join Amoria Group?
This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact on a strategically important business transformation programme. You'll work alongside senior stakeholders, influence how a critical business function operates and leave a lasting legacy through improvements that will support the business well beyond the duration of the contract.
Whether your background is in finance transformation, operations, PMO or business improvement, you'll have the opportunity to lead meaningful change in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Amoria Group is proud to be an equal opportunities employer. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates
