We’re hiring a Procurement Specialist at our rental facility in Waller, TX, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and ordering products, creating purchase orders and monitoring inventory levels.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. 

Pay: $20/hr

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and Maintain vendor relationships
  
  
• Maintain accurate stock levels of Industrial tooling and supplies
  
  
• Order and source various Industrial tooling supplies and equipment from a variety of  vendors
  
  
• Coordinate replenishment inventory with warehouse team
  
  
• Monitor back orders

Skills & Qualifications 

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Valid driver’s license
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
  
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Education and Experience:

• Industrial supply, PPE, or MRO product knowledge

• Procurement or logistics experience  

• Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft office and Adobe

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  
  
• May be required to stand or drive for long periods of time
