Veracode is seeking a strategic, customer-focused Principal Customer Success Manager to lead relationships with our largest enterprise customers. This role serves as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, driving customer adoption, business value, retention, and growth. The Principal CSM partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Support to ensure customers achieve successful security outcomes and maximize their investment in Veracode.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and build trusted executive relationships.
- Drive customer adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Develop strategic account and success plans aligned to customer business objectives.
- Lead executive business reviews and serve as the primary customer advocate.
- Advise customers on application security, DevSecOps, and Secure SDLC best practices.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.
- Influence product strategy by sharing customer insights and market feedback.
- Mentor Customer Success team members and contribute to organizational best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Consulting, or Enterprise Account Management experience.
- Proven success managing large enterprise or Fortune 1000 customer relationships.
- Experience partnering with executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CISOs, and engineering leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer retention, adoption, renewals, and account growth.
- Knowledge of SaaS, cybersecurity, Application Security, DevSecOps, or Secure SDLC.
- Strong executive communication, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
