Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced PowerPoint Specialist to support a project focused on improving how advanced AI systems create, edit, and evaluate professional business documents.

You will design realistic business tasks, work iteratively with an AI system, and assess generated PowerPoint presentations, Excel files, and Word documents against professional standards. The role requires advanced presentation skills, strong business judgement, and experience producing executive-ready materials in complex corporate environments. Previous AI experience is not required.

CONTRACT: Freelance contractor, paid per completed task

COMMITMENT: Flexible, based on available tasks and project demand

LOCATIONS: Fully remote - GLOBAL

PROCESS: Application review, practical assessment, and onboarding

HOURLY RATE: $20 - $60/h

Responsibilities

• Design complex business tasks involving PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Create and review professional .pptx, .xlsx, and .docx deliverables.
• Develop executive presentations, reports, proposals, and analytical materials.
• Engage in structured, multi-turn conversations with an AI system.
• Compare AI-generated outputs and select the stronger solution.
• Evaluate presentations for accuracy, structure, clarity, design, and business relevance.
• Provide clear feedback after each review round.
• Develop scenarios across strategy, operations, finance, sales, marketing, and HR.
• Identify weaknesses in storytelling, data presentation, formatting, and recommendations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recent experience creating complex business presentations and documents.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with professional experience using Excel and Word.
• Experience developing executive-ready presentations, reports, or proposals.
• Experience in consulting, finance, strategy, operations, HR, sales, marketing, or a related business function.
• Ability to evaluate document quality and provide clear, structured written feedback.
• Experience in a Fortune 500 company or similarly complex organisation.
• Background in investment banking, private equity, consulting, FP&A, HR, marketing, or business strategy.
