Physical Therapist

Location: Bonita Springs, FL
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Average Patient Volume: 1–2 patients per hour

Summary

We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting in Bonita Springs, FL. This role focuses on helping patients recover from pain, injury, surgery, weakness, and mobility limitations through structured treatment and clear patient education.

The weekday schedule and manageable patient flow give you the time to complete evaluations, provide treatment, track progress, and support each patient’s recovery plan.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and determine their physical therapy needs
• Create treatment plans that support strength, mobility, balance, and daily function
• Provide exercise-based therapy, manual techniques, functional training, and movement education
• Help patients understand their condition and what they can do at home to support recovery
• Monitor progress and make changes to the plan of care when needed
• Complete documentation for evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries
• Coordinate with the clinical team and referring providers as appropriate
• Keep treatment sessions organized, safe, and patient-focused

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License required
• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree required
• Outpatient experience required
• New graduates are welcome
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills
