Role Summary:
Execute and optimize PRISM+'s performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging channels, reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager. You are the hands-on operator who keeps campaigns running efficiently day-to-day - strong on execution, testing discipline, and data hygiene
You will manage day-to-day campaign execution within an established budget framework, support incrementality testing, and help maintain the systems that let PRISM+ scale across categories (TVs, appliances, smart home).
1) Campaign Execution and Optimization
- Execute and manage day-to-day campaigns across Meta and Google (Search, Shopping, PMAX, Demand Gen) within budgets
- Monitor daily/weekly performance and flag anomalies or optimization opportunities promptly
- Support MER and contribution margin tracking (not just platform-reported ROAS) by pulling and organizing the data
- Execute prospecting, retargeting, and mega sale/event campaigns (11.11, BFCM, etc.) as briefed
2) Testing and Channel Support
- Run structured A/B tests on audiences, placements, and bids under the Manager's testing roadmap
- Support exploration of new channels (TikTok, affiliates, marketplaces) with hands-on setup and monitoring
- Maintain weekly optimization cadence - bid adjustments, budget pacing, audience refresh
3) Creative Execution Support
- Brief and coordinate with the Creative team on asset requests based on performance data
- Tag, track, and report on creative performance (hooks, formats, angles)
- Flag creative fatigue and refresh needs based on frequency/CTR trends
4) Reporting and Data Hygiene
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date performance reporting across Meta, Google, GA4, and Shopify/Salesforce
- Ensure tracking, naming conventions, and UTM hygiene are consistent across campaigns
- Prepare data views (CAC, spend efficiency, channel performance) for the Manager's review — not final strategic interpretation
- Support QA on new campaign launches before go-live
How Success is Measured
- Campaign execution accuracy and turnaround speed
- Data/reporting hygiene and reliability
- Testing throughput (number of tests run, not necessarily strategic direction)
- Responsiveness to performance anomalies
- Reduction in manual errors (tracking, tagging, budget pacing)
Requirements
- 2–4 years in performance marketing (DTC or eCommerce preferred)
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns with meaningful budgets
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads (campaign setup, Advantage+, creative testing execution), and Google (Search, Shopping, PMAX)
- Comfortable with basic commercial concepts (margin, AOV, promos) - doesn't need to have made pricing/bundle calls, but should understand why they matter
- Solid Excel/Sheets skills for pulling and organizing performance data; GA4 familiarity a plus
Strong Plus
- Experience in consumer electronics or high-consideration products
- Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop ecosystems
- Exposure to A/B testing frameworks (even if not full incrementality/MMM design)
- Basic creative briefing experience - has given feedback to designers/video editors before, not just executed media buys
