📍 Location: 160 Washington St, Brookline, MA 02445
💰 Pay: $17.50/hour + tips
🕒 Schedule: Up to 30 hours/week, including weekday, evening, and weekend shifts

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest
• Educate customers on products and make personalized recommendations
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Prepare and package online and in-store orders
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, stocking, and maintaining an organized sales floor
• Safely deliver products to customers while ensuring compliance with company and state regulations
• Verify customer documentation and maintain accurate records
• Stay current on promotions, products, and industry regulations

What We're Looking For

• 21+ years old
• 1+ year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license and clear driving record required

Bonus Points For

• Cannabis industry experience
• Bilingual skills
• Inventory management or POS system experience (Dutchie preferred)
