Job Description

As a Paid Search Director, you will create impact within our Paid Search Team, in the Paid Media Capability. At Jellyfish, we are committed to promoting professional growth and the Paid Media department consists of team members with expertise in implementing all forms of Paid Search. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Provide support and collaborate with local and international teams

• Nurture positive, collaborative working relationships with clients, colleagues and third-party suppliers

• Oversee a portfolio of digital campaigns and provide guidance and recommendations to paid media practitioners to exceed client expectations and KPIs.

• Manage the production and presentation of client facing reports, studies and presentations to Jellyfish brand standards

• Act as the primary client contact for all search-related strategy and performance.

• Manage scope, project plans, launch timelines, and delivery expectations to ensure top-tier service.

• Present data-driven insights, performance trends, and growth opportunities during quarterly/annual business reviews.

• Manage client expectations through clear communication, timely updates, and high-quality deliverables.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of paid search specialists, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability.

• Build and manage project plans, scopes, and timelines to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Jellyfish's marketplace and the digital landscape, with emphasis on all emerging formats, technical solutions, and initiatives.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running Paid Search campaigns. In particular, Google Ads (search, shopping, display and video) or Microsoft Ads (Bing).

• 8+ years in digital marketing with a deep focus on Paid Search.

• Proven success managing large-scale search campaigns

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence across all levels.

• Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
