You want to work on a small, high-impact team in a fast-paced startup, and you're looking for an internship where you'll have real ownership and real responsibility from day one.

What skills or experience do I need?

• Bias for action, flexibility, adaptability, and strong time management skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and takes a solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
• Ability to occasionally lift and move items up to 25 lbs.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage and present projects to the team and company.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Excited about adopting new tools and AI technologies to work smarter.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues and handle office projects — building, moving, and setting up equipment around HQ.
• Keep the space organized, clean, and fully stocked.
• Monitor the Operations Jira board and inbox; respond to requests.
• Manage inventory and ordering for snacks, food, and office supplies.
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Source, procure, and maintain office equipment.
• Support workplace culture initiatives: town halls, happy hours, team events.
• Support hardware fulfillment.

Within the range posted, actual compensation will be determined depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge & skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, market compensation data, and internal equity. Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time. The hourly rate for this position is $20–25/hr, based on experience and proficiency.
