Jacobian is looking for a part-time Office Administrator to keep our new Pittsburgh office running smoothly. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, keep day-to-day office operations organized, and give our team the administrative support they need to stay focused on our mission of helping radiologists deliver faster, more consistent diagnostic results.

This is a great fit for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable juggling a variety of tasks independently in a fast-paced, growing company.

Requirements

• Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain incoming and outgoing mail and route it to the appropriate parties
• Organize and maintain office files and records
• Schedule appointments and manage office calendars
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Support leadership with administrative tasks as needed
• Help maintain an organized and professional office environment
• Background check and E-Verify required for employment
