The Role

As we continue to grow our presence across Australia, we're looking for a bilingual Marketing Specialist (English & Mandarin) to help us engage both mainstream Australian audiences and Australia's vibrant Chinese-speaking communities.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing marketing team where you'll have the freedom to bring ideas to life, influence campaigns that drive real business outcomes and help shape the future of marketing for one of the most recognised brands in online trading.

Working closely with our Senior Marketing Manager, Australia, you'll play a key role in planning and delivering marketing initiatives that grow brand awareness, client acquisition and engagement across the Australian market.

As our Marketing Specialist, your key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across brand, acquisition and retention
• Create and localise marketing activity for both English and Chinese-speaking audiences
• Drive engagement across channels including WeChat, Xiaohongshu (Red) and other Chinese-language platforms
• Partner with global teams across CRM, Brand, Content, Product and Sales to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
• Translate insights, trends and competitor activity into actionable marketing initiatives
• Work closely with external agencies and partners to execute high-quality campaigns
• Support events, client engagement initiatives and brand activations across the Australian market
• Help bring the Pepperstone brand to life for both existing and prospective clients
  

About you

We're looking for someone who's equal parts creative, commercial and culturally connected.

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Around 5+ years of marketing experience within a fast-paced B2C environment
• Experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of Chinese-language marketing channels and platforms
• Cultural awareness and understanding of Australia's Chinese-speaking communities
• Confidence working with data and campaign insights to inform decisions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple teams and regions
• A proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for delivering results
• Experience within financial services, fintech, trading, forex or other regulated industries will be highly regarded but is not essential.
