JOB OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to support our growing business across Asia (Korea, Greater China, Singapore and Malaysia). The purpose of this role is to act as a true partner and to provide strategic Marketing support to key parts of the business. We are looking for someone to support a variety of different teams and help support our positive environment with all our colleagues. We are looking for someone to support and implement the regional marketing strategic plan, working with various teams and stakeholders, to deliver a diverse range of marketing activities, including content creation, event management, social media, marketing campaigns and email marketing.

This position will collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to support business development activities in alignment with company goals and priorities. Responsibilities will include developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, event support and ongoing content marketing support.

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, regional operations, service line, and business development leaders to identify and prioritize regional/service line-focused marketing needs and translate them into action plans.
  • Collaborate and support other field marketers on projects that cross regions and service lines. Be willing to act as an extension of the rest of the team when help is needed. A rollup your sleeves, get it done attitude is essential.
  • Help develop, facilitate, and execute marketing tactics at the regional/ service level. Support broader campaigns. Tactics may include marketing communications campaigns, thought-leadership initiatives and tactics (i.e., blogs, webinars, podcasts, case studies, whitepapers), social media, email, speaking opportunities, events/conferences support.
  • Adapt marketing plans to regional and cultural differences while fostering open, collaborative communication and diverse perspectives.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, digital marketing managers and internal communications colleagues to develop materials and tools that support service line and regional efforts.
  • Be involved in the development and implementation of an annual marketing plan that supports region/service line growth needs and opportunities.
  • Use marketing data, conversion rates, and other internal reporting to inform insights that lead to marketing optimizations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field of study is preferred.
  • 3-5 or more years of B2B related marketing experience in an Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC), or a professional services consulting environment.
  • Professional working proficiency in Korean, English, and Mandarin, with the ability to create content and collaborate effectively across global regions. Full professional or native-level fluency is highly preferred.
  • Technical writing, marketing copywriting experience, copy editing and public relations (experience with AP writing style preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience with creating and managing content for social media platforms, including writing social media posts for business specific to the Asian market (WeChat, Webo, Naver, Remember, LinkedIn, YouTube ).
  • Demonstrated experience managing a diverse set of marketing tasks such as campaigns (organic and paid), thought-leadership initiatives and tactics (i.e., blogs, webinars, podcasts, case studies, whitepapers), email, speaking opportunities, events/conferences support.
  • Ability to offer fresh, innovative, “out-of-the-box” ideas to augment marketing strategy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, quality control review, copywriting, grammatical and proofreading skills.
  • High-energy, self-starter with outstanding project management and organizational skills who thinks strategically and systemically to develop effective strategies and implement plans.
  • Ability to be client-focused, both internal and external, work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize high workload and meet tight timelines.
  • Strong understanding of brand elements and guidelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/365 (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot) and virtual meeting platforms (i.e., MS Teams).
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Express, Email Marketing Platforms and Digital Asset Management Tools (Brandfolder).
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and marketing success metrics is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics) is a plus.
  • Occasional flexibility to work extended hours to accommodate deliverables and time zones may be required.
