We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Market Intelligence Senior Analyst to join our team. We are looking for someone who can handle data requests and analysis but who also brings strong storytelling and synthesis skills. This person will be critical to support the Product Marketing team for proof points, market research, and insights at increasing volume and speed.

What your day-to-day will look like

• Craft High-Impact Narratives: Transform complex product, market, and internal data into compelling, value-driven stories. You will design world-class collaterals with clear benefits for our customers, while also crafting highly synthesized strategic narratives for internal alignment.
• Market & Competitive Research: Conduct comprehensive research to gather data on industry trends, competitor activities (offerings, pricing, marketing), and emerging market opportunities to keep EBANX ahead of the curve.
• Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful trends. Utilize data visualization tools to present data in a clear, compelling, and simplified manner that drives quick and confident decision-making.
• Customer Insights: Utilize customer feedback, surveys, and other sources of data to gain insights into customer needs, preferences, and behaviors. Translate these insights into actionable recommendations that directly influence product roadmaps and business strategies.
• Strategic Recommendations & Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, and Commercial) to deliver strategic recommendations based on market intelligence findings, supporting product development and overall business growth.
• Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and deliver highly-polished reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate key findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

What you need to shine in this role

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner;
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for digging into data and uncovering insights;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously;
• Strong ability to synthesize data-heavy information into compelling storytelling and narratives;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required for this global role.

Bonus points if you have

• Strong analytical skills, preferably with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar;
• Proven experience in market research, competitive analysis, or business intelligence roles.
