Overview:
- L'Operatore reparto Confezionamento è responsabile della corretta conduzione delle linee di riempimento e confezionamento, garantendo il rispetto degli standard produttivi, di sicurezza e qualità aziendali.
Attività Principali
- Conduzione linee di confezionamento nel rispetto degli standard aziendali e alle GMP cosmetiche
- Uilizzo del gestionale JET, SAP per gli ordini di produzione (materiali inclusi)
- Gestione del piano di auto campionamento e controllo degli ordini di produzione
- Gestione devices delle linee
- Compilazione puntuale delle relazioni giornaliere (LOG) relative le attività di confezionamento
- Pulizia linee di confezionamento
- Rework di prodotto finito
- Supporto nella gestione dei rifiuti industriali
- Utilizzo Excel per le verifiche delle giacenze (materiali con lotto)
- Gestione dei sistemi di trasferimento delle acque ossigenate (sistema manuale e sistema automatico)
- Preparazioni soluzioni chimiche necessarie alle produzioni
- Gestione cambio colore e cambio formato (ove possibile)
Istruzione ed Esperienze Professionali
• Esperienza pregressa in reparti di confezionamento
