During your time with us at YMT, you will have the exciting opportunity to master the art of identifying and implementing digital strategies and processes. You will gain a deep understanding of digital advertising and collaborate closely with our management team, assisting them with day-to-day tasks such as handling campaign briefs and creating compelling sales proposals.

Based on your performance in this role, there is a potential pathway for you to transition into a permanent position after just 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Help managers complete daily tasks (e.g. work on proposals and ongoing campaigns)
• Participate in company’s strategic planning
• Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks(e.g. writing proposals, analyzing data, arranging sales meetings)
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
• Help organize marketing events

• Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their digital advertising requirements and concerns
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and campaign data

Requirements

• Fluent in English. The submitted CV must be in English.
• Should be proficient in utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Claude, Deepseek, and others.
• Current enrolled in a related BS or Masters degree and about to graduate. Or Recently graduated.
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords)
• Fast learner and passion for digital advertising.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills
