Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to one or more lawyers
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners
• Prepare, format, and file legal documents with accuracy and confidentiality
• Maintain and update digital and physical case management systems
• Manage phone communications: answer calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries as needed
• Keep contact databases current and organized
• Support meeting deadlines by managing multiple calendars and sending timely reminders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Secretary, experience as a Legal Secretary will be considered a strong asset
• Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent command of Excel
• Familiarity with litigation management software is a plus
• Strong time-management, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Strong multitasking ability and confidence in working with diverse teams and clients
