What you’ll do:
Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts in the UK utilities sector, selling professional services that drive IT / Data/ AI transformation opportunities for clients.
Create and develop existing relationships with CIO/ CDOs to drive services including Intelligence as a service (Assets, Sites, Work), analytics and FDE services to speed up outcomes across the UK’s leading energy, water and grid operators.
Drive new business development through proactive outreach, industry events, and ecosystem partnerships; build and convert a 3x quota pipeline
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from qualification through to contract close, collaborating closely with pre-sales, delivery and product teams
Represent the company at UK energy and utilities forums and trade bodies; act as a visible thought leader in the data analytics space for regulated industries
What you’ll need:
Experience in platform sales and associated services with budgets of £5-50m per transaction (inclusive of ARR and professional services) for multi year programmes.
Has solid connections into the entire chain within IT, integration & architecture teams ideally worked into systems integration and professional services built on Salesforce, Service Now, Esri and Maximo.
Demonstrable knowledge of the UK utilities sector (energy, water, or grid) and its operational, regulatory, and commercial drivers
A track record of closing complex, multi-year deals of £5m+ with large regulated enterprises; comfortable navigating long procurement cycles
Exceptional C-suite stakeholder management and executive communication skills; credible and confident presenting to boards and senior leadership teams
Prior experience at a leading professional services or technology consulting firm (e.g. Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini, IBM, KPMG) strongly preferred; entrepreneurial drive to thrive in a scale-up environment
