NYNN is developing a portfolio of diverse concepts in Greece with the intention to travel. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Junior Bartender, you will play a supportive and hands-on role in the smooth running of the bar. Your responsibilities will include:

• Support daily bar operations, including preparation, service assistance, and maintaining smooth workflow.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards throughout service and closing routines.
• Manage stock levels by restocking beverages, garnishes, ice, glassware, and bar supplies as needed.
• Prepare fresh garnishes, juices, fruits, and other bar ingredients according to quality standards.
• Follow beverage procedures, safety regulations, and SOPs to ensure consistent service quality.
• Support Senior Bartenders and collaborate with the team to deliver an excellent guest experience.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Fluent in English and Greek
• Previous experience in bartending is a plus
• A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn and grow
• Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
