We're looking for a Marketing Manager to own the relationship, strategy, and delivery for a handful of our accounting SaaS clients. You'll be the person clients trust to set the direction, sharpen the strategy, and make sure the work gets done well. This is a rare mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working across multiple clients and switching context cleanly while keeping every plate spinning.

📋 Own client relationships - be the main point of contact clients rely on

✏️ Build and continually sharpen go-to-market strategy for each client

💡 Translate strategy into clear, actionable plans and briefs

💻 Oversee execution and coordinate team members delivering the work

🧪 Guard quality - apply a critical eye before anything reaches a client

🎓 Manage the work and the people, giving clear briefs and keeping projects moving

📦 Juggle several clients and projects at once, moving fast across a mix

Working hours are flexible within UK business hours, fully remote.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you need:

✅ Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution - zoom out to shape strategy, zoom straight back in to deliver it

✅ A clear sense of what great looks like - you know best practice and world-class work, and you push toward the top of that range

✅ People management experience - you've managed or coordinated others and know how to get the best work out of them

✅ Excellent communication skills - clear, precise, and confident in writing and in front of clients

✅ Strong organisation and self-drive - you manage your own time and workload without being chased

✅ Remote work capability - you do your best work independently but show up as a team player

✅ Thoughtful AI usage - you use AI to think more sharply and lift the standard of your work, applying critical judgement on top

⭐ Agency experience or managing multiple clients at once

⭐ Experience in accounting tech, SaaS, or B2B

⭐ Familiarity with Asana, Slack, Claude Cowork, and HubSpot

You're organised enough to juggle multiple clients without dropping anything, and you switch context without losing momentum. You use AI as a genuine force multiplier - not just to produce more faster, but to explore more angles and deliver work that's genuinely better.
