As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our Learning & Enablement team and looking for an experienced IT Trainer who is passionate about technology, learning, and helping others succeed. 

This is more than a traditional trainer role. You will actively shape our learning ecosystem, develop innovative training offerings, create scalable learning journeys, and contribute to the continuous development of our customers, consultants, and training portfolio. 

Your Mission 

You will help organizations and individuals build capabilities in modern Data & AI technologies while contributing to the evolution of Ultra Tendency's learning and enablement offerings. 

You will deliver engaging trainings, develop new learning experiences, collaborate with technical experts, and help us continuously improve how learning happens across our organization and customer projects. 

What You'll Do 

Deliver Outstanding Training Experiences 

• Deliver instructor-led trainings, workshops, bootcamps, and enablement programs. 

• Facilitate both virtual and on-site learning experiences. 

• Teach technical topics in an engaging, practical, and audience-focused way. 

• Support learners ranging from business stakeholders to highly technical engineers. 

• Adapt training content to different audiences, learning objectives, and maturity levels. 

Design and Improve Learning Journeys 

• Design end-to-end learning journeys for customers and internal teams. 

• Create innovative learning experiences that combine instructor-led training, self-paced learning, labs, coaching, and hands-on exercises. 

• Continuously improve existing training materials and learning programs. 

• Develop new courses and training products based on market demands and emerging technologies. 

• Create scalable enablement concepts that can be reused across customers and projects. 

Shape the Future of Learning at Ultra Tendency 

• Contribute to the growth and evolution of our training portfolio. 

• Collaborate closely with consultants, engineers, and leadership teams. 

• Support capability-building and organizational learning initiatives. 

• Identify new learning opportunities around Data, Analytics, AI, and Cloud technologies. 

• Help establish best practices for technical enablement and knowledge sharing. 

Stay Technically Relevant 

• Maintain hands-on knowledge in modern data and AI technologies. 

• Work closely with subject matter experts to stay current with industry trends. 

• Translate technical innovations into practical learning experiences. 

• Continuously expand your expertise across data, analytics, cloud, and AI domains. 

What You Bring 

Learning & Enablement Expertise 

• Experience delivering trainings, workshops, coaching sessions, or enablement programs. 

• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. 

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging way. 

• Passion for helping people learn and grow. 

• Experience designing learning content, courses, or training materials is highly desirable. 

• Curiosity and enthusiasm for creating exceptional learning experiences. 

Technical Background 

You do not need to be the world's best engineer, but you should have solid hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: 

• Data Engineering 

• Analytics Engineering 

• Business Intelligence 

• AI Engineering 

• Data Platforms 

• Cloud Technologies 

• Modern Data Architectures 

Experience with technologies such as Databricks, Apache Spark, SQL, Azure, AWS, Python, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or similar platforms is highly valued. 

Personal Qualities

• Confident presenter who enjoys being in front of an audience. 

• Strong empathy for learners and customers. 

• Self-driven and proactive mindset. 

• Comfortable working in a fast-growing and evolving environment.

• Passionate about both technology and people development. 

• Business fluent German and English (minimum C1 level in both languages) 

• Ability to confidently deliver trainings, workshops, and presentations in both German and English 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences 

Nice to Have 

• Experience building certification programs or structured learning paths. 

• Experience creating digital learning content, videos, labs, or self-paced learning experiences. 

• Experience in consulting environments. 

• Experience working with enterprise customers. 

• Knowledge of Databricks, AI Engineering, Generative AI, Analytics, or Cloud platforms. 

• Experience with organizational development, capability building, or change initiatives.
