About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced IT Security Engineer to join our IT team and help secure our modern, cloud-first enterprise environment.
In this role, you'll take ownership of key security technologies, strengthen our overall security posture, improve and automate security operations, and collaborate closely with IT, R&D, DevOps, and business teams to enable secure business growth.
This is a hands-on role with broad ownership across endpoint, identity, network, SaaS, email, and AI security, offering the opportunity to make a real impact on the organization's security strategy and day-to-day operations.
What you’ll do:
- Own and continuously improve the organization's security infrastructure.
- Manage and optimize enterprise security platforms, including:
Email Security
XDR platforms
CASB/SASE solutions
Google Workspace Security
Firewalls and network security - Design and maintain Zero Trust access policies.
- Lead vulnerability management and remediation programs.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents.
- Perform SaaS security reviews and vendor security assessments.
- Secure enterprise AI platforms and establish AI governance practices.
- Build security automations and workflows.
- Partner with IT, R&D, and DevOps teams to integrate security into operational processes.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new security technologies.
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Security or Security Engineering.
- Strong experience with EDR/XDR platforms.
- Strong experience with CASB/SASE solutions.
- Experience securing SaaS environments.
- Experience with MDM platforms.
- Experience managing and securing Google Workspace environments.
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, Routing, Firewalls).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and a proactive mindset.
