What You'll Do

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients

• Connect with qualified leads and help customers find the insurance coverage that fits their needs

• Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

• Follow up with prospects and existing clients to provide exceptional service

• Meet individual sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience

• Keep organized records using our CRM and agency systems

• Continue developing your sales and insurance knowledge through ongoing coaching and training

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales, customer service, retail, banking, healthcare, hospitality, insurance, or another customer-facing role preferred

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain one

• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
