How It Works
During a remote video call, you will walk us through your typical process for sourcing creators for a new campaign. You will share your screen to demonstrate the specific platforms, databases, or social tools you rely on daily. We will ask you to explain your evaluation criteria and how you ultimately decide who to pitch or hire. The conversation focuses heavily on your real-world workflow and recent project examples.
Who This Is For
We are looking for marketing professionals who actively manage influencer or creator campaigns. You should have direct experience building creator lists and evaluating talent for specific marketing initiatives.
