Our client is a high-growth crypto prime brokerage building institutional-grade infrastructure for algorithmic trading at scale on the Hyperliquid ecosystem. The organization is seeking an experienced, results-driven Growth Lead to drive institutional adoption, build key ecosystem partnerships, and significantly expand platform Total Value Locked (TVL).

This pivotal role requires an individual who thrives at the intersection of institutional finance and decentralized trading infrastructure. The ideal candidate possesses a strong professional network across market makers, trading firms, and DeFi protocols, alongside the technical fluentness required to engage sophisticated institutional counterparts.

Key Responsibilities

• Institutional Onboarding: Proactively source, pitch, and onboard institutional trading firms, market makers, and high-frequency traders.
• Strategic Partnerships: Identify, execute, and manage strategic growth partnerships across the broader DeFi and trading infrastructure landscape.
• TVL & Adoption Metrics: Drive measurable growth in platform adoption, trading volume, and Total Value Locked (TVL).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Product and Engineering teams to ensure growth strategies directly inform and align with the technical product roadmap.
• Industry Representation: Act as an external ambassador for the client at key industry events, conferences, and high-impact communication channels.

Requirements

• Proven track record in business development, sales, or growth roles within a crypto protocol, digital asset exchange, or prime brokerage.
• An established, high-value network across institutional trading firms, quantitative funds, and DeFi platforms.
• Deep understanding of institutional trading workflows, prime brokerage mechanics, and on-chain liquidity infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with highly technical founders, quantitative traders, and engineering leads.
• Bias toward action with a track record of delivering clear, measurable revenue and adoption metrics.
